Tonight’s dinner
Chicken, garlic, mozzarella sausages with bell pepper raviolis topped with Alfredo.
Yes it is simple, but I have been running around all day prepping for my trip and have to meet some new sitters and then I’m off to practice, I am pressed for time to the max. These two bowls belong to my son (the carnivore) and my daughter (the vegetarian). Can you guess who’s is who’s. This is not an abnormal thing in my house, though I do make my son eat the veggies, I do not make my daughter eat the meat.

That time of year again…paint your toes ladies, it is time to show them off!
My sport is very difficult on the feet, from calluses to blisters to lost toe nails. Getting a pedicure can be highly embarrassing. Plus, they always want to slough off my hard earned callus! With which I have to argue…no I worked hard that and if you take it away it will be forever to toughen up again and I will have to hurt you.
Sooo…I do my own pedicures. Just because I use feet a lot, doesn’t mean I like them to look abused and mistreated. So now I can wear my Sandals with pride, and feel cute:-)

Could load this yesterday. Sometimes this ap frustrates me.
Going through photos today and I came across this one of a dessert my sister and I made for a party. The theme was chocolate so we made sushi out of it. We used mango for ginger and I mixed confectioners sugar with food coloring to create the wasabi. The outside of the roll is a chocolate fondat and the inside has rice crispy treats. The rice is scoops of coconut set with water and the rolls were rolled in the coconut and then sliced.
Not surprisingly she won a prize for most creative!!! We are an awesome team Shawna!

Logan and Kaia, sporting new haircuts and enjoy some sun at Tulalip Casino Resort as we watched the motorcycle police doing their training. I actually was surprised at how fun it was to watch. Watching them do a course tandem (attached to each other by a rope) was amazing. We did see a few go down too. The kids had a blast! Thanks to Matt Hubbard for letting us know they were out there!
